An alternative way to view the PDF content is to use Adobe PDF Reader. To ensure your system has Adobe Reader, please follow these simple steps:
1) Open a new Tab in your Crome browser (You can do this by pressing Ctrl+T on your keyboard).
2) In the address bar please type - about:plugins (or chrome://plugins/), which will display a list of all your current chrome plugins.
3) Scroll down the list until you find the following plugins:
a) Chrome PDF Viewer - this will be Enabled by default. Please click the Disable link to deactivate.
b) Adobe Reader - Version:xx.xx.xx.xx (You will see this if your system has Adobe PDF Reader - This will be disabled by default. To enable it, please click the Enable link.
